🔁 1. Refund Policy
We offer non-refundable courses, as access is granted instantly after payment.
However, we do consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
You paid for the same course more than once (duplicate payment).
You were charged but didn’t receive course access within 48 hours.
A technical issue occurred and was not resolved within a reasonable time.

Course switching or exchange is not permitted after enrollment.
